I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, near the main entertainment district of Sunny Beach and close to everything, providing a great balance of convenience and tranquility. The rooms were a bit disappointing, not living up to the photos, but overall clean with ample space. The service was friendly but had some issues with understanding do not disturb signs. The dining options were lacking, especially with the reuse of food, but the facilities were decent.
